The service

Booked. provides AI-assisted communication tools that help businesses respond to missed calls and inquiries and schedule appointments. The Service depends on third-party providers (such as telephony and calendar services) and may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable communication laws and regulations in your region, including consent requirements for calling and texting your customers.
Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission.

Payment & cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid plans only with your authorization.

No guarantees

We work to help you capture more appointments, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or booking volumes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
